NUOVOIMAIE operates at an international level by guaranteeing, through bilateral agreements with foreign collecting societies, that Performing Artists that are their own mandators receive the remunerations accrued outside Italy.

NUOVOIMAIE carries out this activity for free. It’s necessary to expressly indicate in the mandate their will to entrust NUOVOIMAIE also with the task of collecting the rights accrued abroad, with the opportunity to include or exclude specific countries from the mandate.

NUOVOIMAIE is a SCAPR and AEPO ARTIS member:

• with SCAPR – an international body representing 61 collecting societies for artists’ rights in 43 countries – promotes harmonization of bilateral agreements;

• with AEPO ARTIS – European association representing 36 collecting societies for artists’s rights in 26 European countries – promotes policies for artists’s rights protection.
