Agreements with foreign collecting societies: Nuovo IMAIE collects rights accrued by Italian artists in foreign countries originating from the broadcasting and use of the works in which they took part and distributes to other collecting societies remuneration that foreign artists accrue for the broadcasting and use of their woks in Italy. Nuovo IMAIE signs bilateral agreements with foreign collecting societies of performers’ rights finalized to the exchange of remuneration due to the respective right holders.
