This area is dedicated to the publication of administrative acts, that regulate the technical-managerial operation of Nuovo IMAIE.
The Administrative Regulations, proposed by the President and approved by the Board of Directors, as well as the internal Regulations together with the drawing up of the Ethic Code guarantee the Control on the Management, the Budget Certification, the Internal Audit, in compliance with law 231/2003.

In compliance with Art. 35, letter d, of the Statute we release the Regulations for Transparency of Nuovo IMAIE’s Documents
In compliance with what established by Law Decree n. 231/01 and by the Statute we publish the Management and Control Organizational Model, that includes Annexes and Nuovo IMAIE’s Ethical Code.

In compliance with art.7 DL 30/04/2010 and with amendments turned into law 100/10, the Supervising Bodies approved the Election Regulations.
The approval of Election Regulations was published on our web site on September 4, 2012.
The President, between 30 and 60 days following the actual publication on the Institute’s website of the approval of the Election Regulations by the Supervising Bodies, must summon the polling for the election of the Delegates Assembly.
