The Governing Bodies of NUOVOIMAIE are in office for a period of four years from the time of their election and are:
Delegates Assembly (art. 11 et seq. of the Statute) represents all Artists members of “NuovoImaie” and is composed by 40 members, out of which 20 are from the Music Area and 20 from the Audiovisual Area. The Assembly chaired by the President of NUOVOIMAIE discusses and approves the programmatic outlines of the Institute.
Music Area: Andrea Marco Ricci, Sabino Mogavero, Dodi Battaglia, Alberto Fortis, Silvano Guariso, Massimo Di Cataldo, Franz Albanese, Daniele Bengi Benati, Marianna Cataldi, Claudio Carboni, Roberto Musolino, Giuliano Cantini, Claudio Donato, Tommaso Zanello, Vincenzo Barbalarga, Cliò Luciani, Maurizio Fortini, Gianni Drudi, Flavio Oreglio and Luigi Fontana.
Audiovisual Area: Franco Trevisi, Silvano Piccardi, Roberta Paladini, Nicolas Vaporidis, Gianguido Baldi,Valentina Martino Ghiglia, Pietro Bontempo, Gianmarco Tognazzi, Fabio Sartor, Marina Giulia Cavalli, Massimo Dapporto, Benedetta Ponticelli, Antonello Fassari, Roberto Ciufoli, Debora Caprioglio, Antonio Pennarella, Marina Pierro, Francesca Rettondini, Antonio Catania and Edoardo Siravo.
The Board of Directors (art. 18 and art. 20 of the Statute) is elected among the members of the Delegates Assembly and is made-up of 5 members divided as such: 2 members of the Music Committee, 2 members of the Audiovisual Committee and the President appointed by the 4 above-mentioned members:
Andrea Miccichè (President); Sabino Mogavero and Andrea Marco Ricci (Music Area); Silvano Piccardi and Franco Trevisi (Audiovisual Area).
The Board of Directors is responsible for the management of the Institute.
President As per Art. 23 paragraph 1 and per art. 12, paragraph 1 letter i) of the Statute, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Andrea Miccichè as President of NUOVOIMAIE.
General Manager. As per Art. 20 letter b of the Statute, the Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Maila Sansaini as General Manager of NUOVOIMAIE
Music and Audiovisual Area. As per Art. 19 and 23bis of the Statute members of the Music and Audiovisual Committes are elected within (by) the Delegates Assembly. (Each Committee operates in its own area).
Music Committe: Franz Albanese, Vincenzo Barbalarga, Giuliano Cantini, Claudio Carboni, Sabino Mogavero,Andrea Marco Ricci and Tommaso Zanello.
Audiovisual Committe: Gianguido Baldi, Debora Caprioglio, Roberto Ciufoli, Roberta Paladini, Silvano Piccardi, Fabio Sartor and Franco Trevisi.
Board of Auditors is composed by 5 regular members and 2 substitutes. At present, it is composed as follows: 3 members appointed by the qualified Ministry: Elio Di Odoardo appointed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, President of the Board; Anna Gargano appointed by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, member of the board; ; Antonella Mestichella appointed by the Ministry of Economic and Finance, Member of the board. Moreover, 2 regular members are elected by the Delegates Assembly: Roberto Mengoni and Daniele Parisi.
The Delegate Assembly has appointed as substitute members Marco Rossi and Antonio Saverio Votta
Board of Arbitrators is composed by 2 members elected by the Delegates Assembly drawing from members who do not belong to other NUOVOIMAIE bodies as well as by the President who is appointed by the said 2 members within a cadre of professionals and experts in entertainment rights with an established reputation.
The Board is composed as follows: Ferdinando Tozzi President, Vittorio Viviani elected member for the Audiovisual Area and Piero Chianura elected member for the Music Area.
The Guarantees Committee for Registration is composed by 10 members nominated by The Board of Directors: 5 members from the Music Committee (Franz Albanese, Vincenzo Barbalarga,Giuliano Cantini, Claudio Carboni and Tommaso Zanello), and 5 members from the Audiovisual Committee (Gianguido Baldi, Debora Caprioglio, Roberto Ciufoli, Roberta Paladini and Fabio Sartor). The Committee of Guarantee for registrations controls and verifies all activities concerning applications for registrations and the accuracy of the relating procedures in accordance with registration rules.
